Immobiliare Development, a developer from Lower Silesia, needed a modern and elegant website layout to present its investments and stand out on the real estate market. It wanted to emphasize its passion for creating unique locations, functionality, aesthetics and quality of its projects. It lacked a website that would allow customers to familiarize themselves with the offer, make their own changes to the projects and establish contact.

Case description:
A well-executed project is the sum of many components, such as communication with the client, properly prepared materials, specific project guidelines and interaction with the problem being solved.
I created a website layout for Immobiliare Development, focusing on elegance and clarity. In the project, I used high-quality investment visualizations, subdued colors and clear typography. I designed intuitive navigation divided into current projects, customization options and company information. The website also includes location maps and a contact form. Thanks to the new website, Immobiliare Development can more effectively present its offer and build relationships with customers.
